We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a delay during which we can collect the parcel. If the item is in mint condition, we shall process the return and either refund you the money spent on the specific item or give you store credit for your next purchase, depending on the request of the client. If the item inspected is damaged or used, we shall contact you to discuss same and we can, at our discretion, reject such return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (exceptions may apply at our own discretion).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and advise our delivery team as soon as reasonably possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as reasonably possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Treats, Supplements and Kibbles (exceptions may apply at our own discretion).
